Booking Policies

• A room can be booked as of 18 years old 
• A valid photo ID is required upon check-in
• All requests to reserve a room must include the first and last name of all adults occupying the room and a valid credit card for a guarantee of arrival
• Our room rates are subject to change 
• We love to welcome groups! When booking, however, please keep maximum occupancy rules in mind- two people max for rooms with a single bed (Queen or King size) and three people max for rooms with multiple beds. Are you traveling with a baby? There are pack-and-play and cribs available upon request, subject to availability.
• When you make a reservation, you are booking an apartment type (not a specific apartment). Each apartment type includes similar apartments of similar sizes and equipment, however, interior design can be different. 
• Reservations can only be taken and confirmed by making an advance payment of 30% of the full rental amount.

Check-in, check-out and business hours

• We are always here, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Maybe not in person, but all premises are accessible at anytime.
• Check-in: between 15.00 and 19.00 (please inform us in case you would like to arrive later).
• Check-out: until 12.00.
  

Cancelation Policies

• Reservations are fully refundable until 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations canceled between 7 and 2 days prior to check-in will be credited towards a future stay of equal or lesser value. To all reservations cancelled later than 48 hours prior to arrival applies a cancellation fee of the full accommodation charge. Room policies

• We want you to have a great time while you are here. Nevertheless, if something significant happens, we go by the rule of  ‘you break it, you buy it’ and property damages or missing items will be charged to your credit.
• Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to the front desk immediately after registration to avoid responsibility and potential charges. The hotel allows guests, with permission, to receive occasional packages and special deliveries at the property. We are not responsible for the packages or their contents or the storage of them. 
• To ensure everyone has a lovely stay, we expect our place to be quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., so that we can all enjoy our sleep.

Smoking policies

• Solbjerggaard is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a 1500 kroner room cleaning fee.

Kitchen Policies

• Please practice safe cooking habits and do not leave burners on unattended. 
• Please do not cook with strong smelling ingredients. 
• Lingering smells that require room closure and deep cleaning will be charged a cleaning fee of up to 1000 kroner.

Parking policies

• You will be able to park your car on-site. By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. We, the owners of Solbjerggaard, do not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.

Room cleaning policies

• Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Should you need fresh towels or linen, please check with us.

Guest safety policies

• As part of our commitment to guest safety, employees will not disclose the identity, room number or presence of a guest to anyone other than appropriate law enforcement. This includes the taking of or delivery of messages or indirect forwarding of phone calls. It is the responsibility of guests to communicate their presence and room number to any person they wish to receive calls or visits from.
